Simulation Express - Analyse Results

I have a question on reading the results of a Stress analysis of a part.
What is the difference between Deformation & Displacement

Deformation = change in shape or size of a feature or body.
Displacement = change in position of a feature or body.

If I understand it correct, SW with provide a color coded numeric value with min and max for "Displacement". It wont measure Deformation, instead play an animation showing the min & max "Deformation"
