Hi,
I want to simulate cake removing or cake detachment by FEA softwares like ANSYS or COMSOL but I do not have any idea about cake part to simulate.
My problems are:
1- How can I show adhesion between cake and filter surface for software?
2- which structure(element) is useful for cake layer? my cake filter is included of some fiber,, cake layer usually is not solid it is porous or something like that.
