Single-mode Method for Seismic Design of Bridge 2

Referencing from an old closed thread, Does anyone know of a weblink or site to find a pdf (preferably) of either of these two older bridge seismic guides?:

(1) Guide Specification for Seismic Design of Highway Bridges, AASHTO 1983.

or

(2) Seismic Design Guidelines for Highway Bridges (ATC-6), Applied Technology Council, 1981.

The AASHTO LRFD Bridge Spec references the two under Single-mode spectral analysis as containing examples. The examples are what I am looking for.
