SINGLE PHASE MOTOR: TWO SPEED

I have a 2 speed single phase motor with 2 run caps.It is 2/4 pole.It has two run windings and one start winding.How do i connect it to run on both speeds?-------------kuldip

kuldip:- has the motor got a centrafugal swich? and what size are the capacitors.

The motor does not have a centrifugal switch.The size of caps is 25mf 400volt.(both of them)
