size of Buttons in SE14 1

I just up graded SE11 to SE14 and the first thing I noticed was WOW, THOSE ARE SOME BIG OLE BUTTONS!! Is there any way to make them smaller, I know that their was in SE11 but I either can't remember it or can't find it.

Right click on a toolbar and select Customize. Uncheck "Large Buttons"
