I use scaled drawings in Excel. Sometimes the Autoshape object properties are in inches and at other times they are in cm.
How can I force Excel to use cm as the size units for an AutoShape Object?
Many thanks.

More info - but still no easy solution.
When I load Excel from VB the default Autoshape units are inches. No Regional settings.
When I load Excel from the desktop it first loads my Personal.xls which has regional settings and so uses cm for the Autoshape size.

My guess would be that it depends on the regional settings in your system (via the Control Panel, Regional Settings, Number tab). In your case you may want to set the measurement system to Metric.

Cheers,

Joerd
