Sizing Rip-Rap

I am trying to size rip-rap based on the USDA Soil Convservation Services Procedures (min. and max tailwater conditions)by using a formula not a table if any knows were I could find this information please help.

You don't specify what you are designing or what "procedure" you are following. Since you've referenced NRCS, why not contact them?
