Sizing the block in nx 10

Hello all,
Is there an easy way to size the block in NX 10? The measurement of all 3 size of block to add in the bill of material.

A while back I created a journal that would extract the size info and assign it as part attributes that you could use for the parts list.

Unfortunately, the result is not associative, if/when the model changes, the journal needs to be re-run to update the values.
