Sketch changed colors all of a sudden.

Hi,

So i was drawing a sketch and all of a sudden the colours changed from default green to blue, which makes it impossible to differentiate all the lines in the background from the sketch lines...

Been looking for a solution but haven't found one yet...

Change Preference >> CDF ( Color Definition File ) to default.

This is a slightly complex question. ( it's not a matter of changing the CDF.)

All this is originally controlled from the "Customer defaults" and then saved to your template parts.

Preferences- Object you can set the default colors for objects such as lines, arcs, splines etc. But:

There is a setting ( no sketch active when doing this) Preferences - Sketch... - Part settings, where you can set colors for the different aspects of "Sketch / sketching":
"draw curves in the color xxx, Automatic dimensions color yyy" etc but also "Inactive sketch color" .
i.e activate the sketch and the curves change colors accordingly to the constraint condition.
this will override the Preferences -Object colors.

When a sketch is active, there is a dialog "Task- Sketch settings" and a button "Display Object color" which ...will set the display according to Preferences Object ...
