Sketches in Solidworks

What I need to do is sketch points at 4 locations. These locations all need to be dimensioned, as well as I need to have a dimension from the center or edge of the sheet/paper. Is there a way to do this in SW11?

What I have tried is using a sketch in a drawing, however, I cannot figure out a way of centering the sketch in the drawing, so that I know the locations of the points w.r.t. the edge of the paper.

Any tips to do this SW and/or recommendations of other free software I could use to accomplish the same thing would be appreciated.

I know that there will be some error in the dimensions based on the printer, but would ideally like to get it as close as possible.

Thanks in advance.

DRE, what size paper? Just kidding. If your drawing has a border evenly placed, right click on the sheet and edit sheet format. Then you can sketch the points and dimension them. When you switch back to edit sheet, enable show sketches.

There was a similar discussion on this in the past.
It varies on the printer. Scale and position may vary.
Curious, why does it need to be in exact center of sheet?
