Slab on Grade Design

I am looking for literature regarding concrete slab design, in particular- slabs on grade & thin floating slabs.

The Australian Standard AS2870 &quot;Residential Slabs and Footings&quot; gives guidance on the design of slabs on ground by Engineering principles. In particular taking into account load conditions such as edge heave and centre heave due to expansive clays and serviceability requirements.
