where can I find a(by hand ) design guide for a slab on grade for warehouse that I can use to get a estimate of slab thickness for post loads,live loads.forklift loadings, to get a prelim. estimate

Here is a link to exel calcs website. It has spreadsheet grdslab.xls. I know you want by hand reference but in the first tab of the spreadsheet the author lists all of his references.
