I am a flange supplier, and my client sent me an inquiry. The product looks similar to the spacer specified in the ASME B16.48 standard, but the sizes in the standard only go up to 24 inches. I am wondering if there are other standards that provide larger sizes for spacers. Similar to how ASME B16.5 only includes flanges up to 24 inches, while ASME B16.47 covers blind flanges and WN flanges from 26 inches and above.

You can look out all the dimension to match the flanges in the flange code excepted for the thickness.

The client's piping designer should be able the sate the thickness as they know the line design pressure and what the slip ring is used for.

By slip ring so you mean spacer??

Thickness seems relatively irrelevant as there are no significant forces which thickness impacts. ID and OD should match the connecting flange up to the inner diameter of the bolt circle.

Ask the purchaser is my only thought.
