Slope Stability using PLAXIS

I am using PLAXIS for slope stability analysis. I would like to know if someone can help me with the shortcomings of this program or where I can find information about it.

The supplier should give you technical support, from Europe, at free cost. Why are you using a FEM software for slope stability? Limit of Equilibrium methods I think are enough for such cases.
