Slow Curser in Graphic Area

I am using NX2 and each time I move my mouse curser over the Graphic area after every operation,it slow the movement for fraction of seconds and getting normal.
Anybody experienced this and how to correct it.

The OS is windows XP,Graphic Card is Nvidia Quadro.

You may need to mess with the mouse pick settings like cursor ball size or Horizontal and Vertical aligning lines.

It might be ultra sensitive for snapping wich at times can be useful.

Have you tried changing the preferences?

It must be something to do with preferences setting..
Can you please suggest the best performance preferences..
