Small Circles and Arcs rendering as squares or triangles

Hi!
I am trying to model a small (order of micrometers) crack with a rounded tip. Abaqus successfully draws my sketch, but when it cuts the sketch from my main part my circles turn to squares and my arcs turn to triangles. I have tried increasing the curve refinement according to these instructions (

with no success. I appreciate any advice on how to solve this problem. I am using Abaqus 2021.

 

[FEA way]

I can confirm this issue with visualization. Surprisingly, I get the best representation with the Curve refinement set to Extra coarse.
