Small contact region in COMSOL

I want to create contact between two parts in COMSOL. One of them is fixed (ground), and the other one is a small part with a very small contact region (approximately 0.01 mm² or less). Which method and parameters would be suitable for creating this contact? Does changing the mesh size affect the result?

Contact modeling in COMSOL can be quite problematic. At least in older versions, it should be improved now but I don’t know to what extent in practice.
