Guys this is not my background here so keep me straight. I want to control a small 3gph pump. This is on a waste oil burner in my shop. I want to put an O2 sensor on the exhaust and then take that 0-1 volt signal back to a small frequ drive to run the pump faster if the mixture is lean or slower if the mixture is rich. I want to avoid a PLC and I want to do it a cheaply as possible. If it is a DC drive and motor I'll go that route.if you tell me I can find an AC drive that small....I'll do that.
In short......AC or DC.......How do I do this without a PLC?............Are there drives out there that will be directly compatable with the 0-1 volt generated by the O2 sensor? And what company and drives will be my best bet to look at?
Any "constructive" input will be appreciated
Thanks in advance for your help
