Small threaded linear motion shaft

Hi all,

I'm a student working on a relatively simple design problem. I am looking for an off-the-shelf product that is similar to a linear motion shaft that is threaded on both sides. Examples of this kind of product can be found here

I am curious if a product exists that is similar to this, but at smaller. Ideally as small as 1/4" shaft diameter if possible.

If nothing exists, I may just machine it myself, but thought I would first try and see if anyone knows a good resource or has suggestions for this kind of part.
