realy I am confused I need to know about samrt ZV and the difference between smart zv and zv. explanation

which company is the best providing such valves(relible).

if you know any good website that explain about that. please advise.

As stated in the other forum, if the Z pertains to position, most control valves are now available with HART or communicating positioners that include diagnostics such as hysteresis and changes over time.
