Snow Loads for Kazakhstan

Greetings everybody, this is my first post in this forum. I am currently involved in the design of a project in Kazakhstan which includes the design of a canopy. The building code I am using is SNiP 2-01-07-85. The Snow Maps provided do not include the Kazakhstan area. My question is:
Is there a newer snow loads map that includes the Kazakhstan area or a snow loads map only for Kazakhstan?

Can you find the max snowfall and compare to another area that does have a code and similar snowfall

Have you tried the national snow and ice data center for southern Russia?

I would personally take a three working week ski vacation at that location during which time I would contact the local building inspector.
