I have no idea what the SODICK EDM is... but
1.) If you want to buy it, someone must make it
2.) He wouldn't make it if someone wouldn't buy it
3.) He wouldn't buy it if there weren't any use for it.
4.) You -- the user -- must know, what do you want.

edm stands for: &quot;Electrical Discharge Machining&quot;, Sodick is the manufacturer and question was for someone who already knows that.
