soft thermal alarm

Has anyone gotten a sv0436 z soft thermal alarm? The laser operator said the head got hung up on a slug. Is there a way to clear it?
FOM2 NT 4000 watt. Thanks.

Never mind. Just had to shut the machine off and power it back up. All is good again.
