Software for Foundations Settlements

I am looking for a software to perform short and long term settlements analysis. I was reading about Unisettle from Unisoft. Is anybody familiar with it? What do you think about it? Any hints about other coomercial software?

I do not have unisettle but I do have most of the other Unisoft products. They are well written, flexible, and sound in theroy. The programs are written under the direction of Dr. Begnt Fellenius. I have used Unisoft for many years and have been very satisfied.
