Software Package

I am intending to purchase a software package for my company in order to ba able to calculate short-circuits, load flow, starting of motors, etc. for power stations. I believe that PSS/ADEPT and ABB software are the best. Can you give me any hint or recommendation on this matter? Cheers.

Neplan is a good package, you can make all types of studies you mentionend above.
