soil-spring and error in abaqus

I have modeled pile-supported wharf structure in abaqus with p-y curve soil spring method. i create soil spring with wire features in abaqus and I make 2D model. when I applied static loading my model is worked but when I apply ground motion to the bottom of my model the simulation is cracked. i don't know where is the problem in my model. when I remove spring the simulation is complete but when I apply spring than error occur.

It would be good to know what the error message is.

erroe message is "too many attempt for this increment" and my job crashed in gravity step.
