Solar Energy System

Hello

I want to design a solar energy system for our wellhead. The system will cosist of Solar cells (energy source, Solar regulators, Batteries and Load consisting of a lamp, A base set radio and a fan.

Please tell me
1. Where should I start from?
2. How can I perform the calculations and detailed design?
3. Any particular vendors from where to purchase solar cells?
4. Any detailed source on the internet for this topic?
