Solar panels on top of carport

Hello everyone. Bought Carport framing (only) from Versa Tube company. All side open and the top. Put in my info on their web site. My zip is 92307, wind ;oad 100 mile. no snow here. I added another set of posts and truss to make it stronger. I need calculations to get the permit from my city. PE stamp not required. I will provide all info of solar panels and the framing. Anyone interested..? I Will pay. Versa tubing can do it but has 2 months wait time. I must finish this year. Gurdeep Singh (516)707-2115

Not what this forum is all about. Contact a local structural engineer.

No stamp required? You sure about that? Where I am, submitting formal calculations to the building official on behalf of somebody else for the purpose of pulling a permit without a PE would constitute practicing engineering without a license and be a violation of state law. I find it hard to believe that California would be less strict.
