SOLAS / NORSOK Regulations

I wonder if anyone can help, I have been given the task of carrying out a GAP Analysis on the NORSOK, SOLAS, Dutch and Danish regulations.
I was going to formulate a matrix with the comparisons between the 4 regulations.
Has anyone got an existing matrix or a comparison between any of the above regs they could give me a copy or point me in the direction of internet information etc.

Any assistance would be gratefully received.

Can you narrow the topic such as life boats, radios; or all regulations?

Thanks for the prompt reply.

It's more for the Living Quarters regulations, i.e. comparison between the different regs of required floor area per person for cabins, rec rooms etc.
