Solidworks 2003 Animator bug????

Trying to record an animation which involves exploded steps and camera pans/zooms. When recording the animation, with the solidworks screen output, the finished avi plays the camera pans and zooms but when it comes to the parts moving the screen goes completely blank.

Recording the same animation using photoworks output, the finished avi shows the pans and zooms but doesnt even show the parts as if they are even there.

This is using solidworks 2003 which no service packs added. Does anyone know of a solution to this problem or a way around it

Try changing your screen resolution to a smaller res. Then recording your AVI file

thanks scott, that seems to have sorted out the animation when if comes to using the solidworks screen, but when i have placed the screen at a lower res the photoworks output still will not show the moving parts. Could it be the codec i am using or is it a bug? What would you recommend using when rendering animations in photoworks?

I use the Default Codec that SW Animator defaults too.
