Solidworks 2006 Task Scheduler

Whenever I try to use the solidworks task scheduler it always malfunctions...

some of the problems I have noticed are...
1. The time and date set for the errand passes and still it shows the task as scheduled.
2. Sometimes it changes the status from scheduled to editing and just shows as editing and nothing happens for days...

any help will be greatly appreciated.

Is your SWBOengine.exe running in the Task manager Processes?
