Solidworks Assembly & Excel

Does anyone know in a Solidworks Assembly if it is possible to link a "mate" dimension to Excel or Design Table so that I can create a chart?

i.e: distance from face to face of two parts.

Yes you can. Add a design table to your assy. Double click the dim you want to add.
That's all....
