Solidworks SP2.1 amd PDM

My admin has updated Solidworks with the SP2.1, now we are unable to login or access PDM???
A message appears that the user version is nwer than the vault version, and no PDM update is available?!?!
Has anyone run into this, and how do I fix this???

You should only have to click "Update" on that menu.

Also you should be contacting your IT since they updated it in the first place.
