Hello
I'm currently working as an laser operator on the 4th different laser wich is an Bystronic byspeed 3015 using MMC. Thing is i never had so many troubles with cut quality on any other laser machine I've worked before.
1.I'm trying to understand why on this machine having any value of acceleration, deceleration factor instead of 0.1 or lower on thicker materials >5mm leaves a nice cutting wave on some areas?
2.I also noticed cutting 1mm or lower stainless steel that it jumps sometimes 2-3mm instead of cutting especially on Y+ no matter what feed rate or acceleration, brake factor parametres I'm using.
3.Also using a new lens, old lens I gotta change the focus from 0-1 original to 6-7, wich for me honestly is a huge change.
4.Noticed that this machine purely lose nozzle centering sometimes for no reason. For example i centre nozzle now and after 2-3 or 100 pieces îs very non centered. In this case could a damaged nozzle body or ceramic be the cause?
If anyone cam help, advice me about those issues I would be grateful. Thanks in advance.

Forgot to ask.
What could change deactiveting the cut control or activating the calibration during cutting on this machine?

the ballscrews are probably worn. common problem. The encoder strips might be dirty/damaged too.
