What is the roof construction, if combustible i.e. Wood, yes, if not, no unless insulation or other material is combustible.

the roof construction will be GI sheet. is has insulation i think its not combustible. but the space have access and the FCU will be place in that space. will this affect the protection of the building? and please help me site and code that describe my situation i been reading 8.15.1 Concealed Spaces. thanks again.

Once all finished, if you stand in the warehouse area

Will you be able to see the area between the office and roof deck?

Or is there a wall to block it ?

NFPA 13, Chapter 8.

Also, if you "think" its not combustible, then it is, and sprinkler will be required.
In other words, substantiate.

FCU may or may not affect. Again, Chapter 8
