spaceball on NX 7.5

I have been having trouble getting my space mouse pro's buttons to work in nx 7.5.
it rotates and the 3dconnex menu is in the tool bar but customize buttons are greyed out

I had this trouble before with a Space Explorer, I have attached two pics to show you how I fixed it. The path for the ugii_env.dat file says NX6.0 but just go to the same location under NX7.5

thank you will try that

new problem
in drafting (a shaded model in modeling works fine)if i move (with space ball) from one view to another everything disappears till I hit reger work. and this is everytime on every page even one with a snall detail on it

What is the driver version that you're running?

I'm running...

Release Version: 3.11.3
Driver Version: 6.11.1

...and am having no problems whatsoever.

@fzvnpg What specific version of NX7.5 (Help -> About NX -> System Information).
There was a bug in NX7.5.2 and previous that is fixed in later versions NX7.5.3 and up.
