McMoose..

I worked with TLs for Years on F-15s and a few other jets... shudder.

I have these, and many more TL data sheets [as well as installation and TL drill info for], but they are not really reproducible.

Suggest direct contact with SPS or ALCOA Fastening systems..

SPS Taper-lok
ALCOA-fastening [search taper-lok]

NOTE.
TL200 ~= NAS1728

You might try to get a copy of VOI-SHAN AEROSPACE FASTENER DESIGN MANUAL (orange cover) it's out of print but a used copy may be on Amazon or similar web site.

C-130 aircraft still have them by the dozens...

I was refering to the fat taped-up/patched-up, Orange VSI Book "Aerospace Fastener Design Manual - Proporietary Products / Govt & Indstry / Stdandards and Specifications" that I have secreted-away in my desk.

BTW... good luck finding A VSI Orange Book. I think ALCOA bought-out Voi-Shan and gave-up these books years ago. Perhaps someone may have a copy in Your office or in a company library!

NOTE. I have had (3) VSI Fat* Orange books blatenty stolen over ~20-years.
* I also have a really beaten-up copy of the slim VSI Orange Book

BTW... I also have the complimentary, taped-up/patched-up, VSI Blue Book: Aircraft and Aerospace Fastener Manual - Government and Industry Standards

We purchased one from Amazon about 5 years ago; it is indeed very fat and has been taped up several times. Sorry to hear your copies have been hijacked so many times. The blue book sounds interesting...

Regarding TLs the USAF recently tightened up the installation process to ensure a higher degree of fastener hole quality e.g. perpendicularity to =/- 1-degree... beter have a drill cage.
