Where can I find complete data sheets on military spec fasteners and hardware? By military spec, I mean american military MS, AN and NAS series.

Complete military standard sheets are available online at Unfortunately they require a paid subscription to access this information. However, they imply on their website that you can sign up for a free trial membership.

Good luck!

The Assist Online Quicksearch Function at allows you to search for, view and save (in Adobe Acrobat "PDF" format) military/government standards, including most MS and AN standards, for free. You need to know the standard (drawing) number you are looking for. Military/Government Standards not available online (most of them are), can be ordered as described at the site.

NAS parts are not "government" standards (while many of them have been "adopted" by the military), and are not available at the above site. They are industry, or "consensus" standards that are published and copyrighted by the Aerospace Industries Association. They are available (for a fee) from the sources listed at .
