Specific fuel consumption mapping

Hello,
I am reviewing specific fuel consumption mapping of one the diesel engine. I have reviewed it before but they were g/kWhr. One of this is given in (%).
Not sure how do I read it.
I have attached fuel mapping for reference.
If I read it, for example, 2200 RPM@ 110kW, its 104??
I know I am missing some basic understanding.

I haven't seen a bsfc map portrayed that way before but I can deduce what they are doing.
First of all, the heavy lines are showing the torque curves for different ratings that are offered. You can see that the peak of each curve coincides with the kW on the y-axis.
Secondly, the bsfc is normalized to % of full load on the 110kW torque curve. So you can see the best bsfc is on and near the 110kw torque curve between 1200 and 1600rpm.
Most likely they are giving it in normalized fashion because they don't want their competitors or the original audience for the chart to see the absolute values.

The company I work for will prepare charts with undimensioned efficiency contours for a product that is in development and subject to revision. But separately, specific targets will have been shared with the customer.
