Spectacle Blind of ASTM A182 F304L, Instead of ASTM A240-304

Can I use a spectacle blind of material ASTM A182 F304L instead of ASTM A240-304?

What is the criteria for evaluation of the possibility?

As per my knowledge, A182 being forged will be a good option. However I am not sure about F304L grade. Is it okay to Choose F304L over F304?

304 typically comes in dual certified as 304/304L. I believe it hard nowadays to get straight grades.
