I have a three phase Motor that keeps tripping sporadically every time it is turned on. Would not even run for more than 5 mins without tripping.I think this is more of an electrical trip as it is not over amping which has been confirmed
Kindly assist with a troubleshooting plan to use.my thoughts are
Electrical wiring
Bad coil
Aux relay
Start/stop
Skinned wire

A large single phase load on the same transformer may be pulling the voltage down on one phase. That will cause high current on one motor phase.
Currents may be normal until the single phase load comes on.
Then tripping due to high current on one phase may be within a few minutes.
Alternately, a large load on the transformer may be causing a momentary voltage dip that is dropping out the contactor.
The point of this;
There may be something other than the motor or contactor/overload relay causing the issue.
