SPPA Best Rehabilitation for Structural Plate Pipe Arch??? 1

I'm working on a rehabilitation project for significantly deteriorated corrugated structural plate pipe arches. They are dual culverts with 2' space between them and they are about 7'-6" wide x 5'-3" high. There is only about 1 ft cover over them with a 2-lane roadway above. I'm just trying to find out what people are using these days to rehab these pipe arches and what seems to work best for the least money of course! The deterioration is mainly the bottom exhibiting significant section loss and perforations throughout, some very large. There are also some minor to moderate (say intermittent over 5 linear feet) areas of section loss and smaller perforations along the top. I've see lots of these that have been repaired by using a paved concrete invert, but that's about it. I'm interested in any suggestions people might have, thanks!!

concrete invert slab would be first choice unless the arch itself was so deteriorated that a complete replacement is necessary. re-lining would reduce your cross sectional area, which might have a negative impact on the hydraulics. Can you get corrugated steel sections fabricated to the size and radius necessary to repair the damaged area on the top? With only 1 foot of cover, you could do a complete replacement in just a few days.
 
The arch itself isn't too bad yet, so a concrete invert slab might be the way to go. Another option we're looking into is building a "jumper" bridge over the dual pipe arches and leave them in place. Build abutments behind the pipe arches and span over the pipe arches with precast concrete solid slabs/panels that are 12" +/- deep. Thanks for the help and suggestions.
 
Corrugated arches are corrugated - obviously - and are now roughened by erosion and rust and flaking pieces; so, could you gain anything flow-wise by calculating advantages of a "smoother" new concrete lining as noted above?
 
If the hydraulics permit, you can consider a reline with HDPE (such as ISCO Snap-Tite) and grout the annulus. easily performed by the highway crew.
