spring design

hi ...good morning to everyone
i am designing spring which is having material astm a276 304 having max permissible shear strength=260 Mpa and modulus of rigidity =75.51*10^3 mpa and applying load is 100kg on it change in length 20mm mean dia 15mm from this data only i have to design the spring so please inform me what is procedure. thank u and this aprimg is designing for safety valves.
