Im looking for a spring similar to a tool clip spring that will grip the end of a 4mm shaft. The spring should have four points of contact as indicated below. Does anyone know of any spring manufacturers that supply springs of this configuration?

Looks like a four-slide part. I don't know how much they still do, but these guys used to be great for prototypes, and could probably help you find a mass manufacturer.

The spring looks like a bespoke spring and depending on your load/deflection requirements the above maybe able to help, I have used both companies in the past and found them to be very good.

Looks fairly easy to make. I have had very good success with Associate Spring-Raymond in Ontario, Canada and Suhm Spring. In Western Canada, Western Spring could do this. Nice SW model by the way, is it dynamic?

Cockroach: The part is modelled in SolidEdge as a sheet metal component, its not a dynamic model - yet. I might make it an adjustable part if the manufacturer requires a visualisation but I suspect with a part this simple that will not be required.
