It depends on the arrangement of the fuel tanks and fuel oil piping systems. If all liquid supply and withdrawl connections are at the top of the tank, I have accepted OH2. If piping is below the tank's liquid level I would specify a minimum EH1.
Stookeyfpe, where does this information in regards to the location of the piping determining the hazard to be utilized comes from? I have looked all over NFPA, and have not found it. Could you point me in the right direction please.
