can u tell me, what kind of sprinkler is this?

Is there an opening on the bottom??? Like a normal sprinkler?

Maybe some type of marine application?

Possibly not made in the USA

this is a hanging automatic fire extinguishing sprinkler. goes on top of a fire extinguisher. used in Asia mostly. Interesting find!

I have seen them here in the great USA, mainly used for drop boxes, or safes
