I am designing a job with 4 sprinkler systems. The mechanical room is next to the electrical room and the chase that 2 of my systems go into is on the other side of the electrical room.
Can I pass through the electrical room with the 2 mains if there are no outlets or couplings on the mains in that room?
I heard there are provisions for this but I cant find them in NFPA.
Any help would be appreciated!

I would not pass through the elec room, but .... if you insist, the NEC provides guidance. You have to take special measures (sheet metal, with a drain, etc.) to catch any leaks from the spkr piping. Check the NEC.

When allowed. If the water in the pipe is relatively cold (relative to the humidity of the environment) the condensing moisture in the pipe would drop, so it is recommended to pass the pipes under cable trays for example.

so how about nfpa 13:::

is the room meeting 8.15.10.3????????????

8.15.10 Electrical Equipment.

8.15.10.1 Unless the requirements of 8.15.10.3 are met, sprinkler protection shall be required in electrical equipment rooms.

8.15.10.2 Hoods or shields installed to protect important electrical equipment from sprinkler discharge shall be noncombustible.

8.15.10.3 Sprinklers shall not be required in electrical equipment rooms where all of the following conditions are met:

(1)
The room is dedicated to electrical equipment only.

(2)
Only dry-type electrical equipment is used.

(3)
Equipment is installed in a 2-hour fire-rated enclosure including protection for penetrations.

(4)
No combustible storage is permitted to be stored in the room.
