Does anyone have the copy of the following paper:
"Use of SPT and CPT Tests for Evaluating the Liquefaction Resistance of Sands" by H. Bolton Seed, Pedro De Alba, ASCE, Use of In Situ Tests in Geotechnical Engineering, Geotechnical Special Publication (GSP) 6, 1986

Are you in the United States? (Where I am located.) In the United States, you can often go to the interlibrary loan and get all sorts of stuff! We have a state library (I live in the Capital city) and those folks can get anything!
