Can some one share a photo of motor terminal box with space heater and PTC installed. Just want to see how it looks like in actual.

In a large motor, the space heater may be installed in one of the end bells.
It may be a strip heater spaced off by the thickness of a nut on the mounting bolt.
The space heater may be a flexible pad fastened inside an end bell.
There will be only the supply leads present in the terminal box.
On higher voltage motors, the space heater leads may not be present in the terminal box but instead exit through a knock-out or a second small terminal box.
The PTC will be buried in the windings and there will be two light gauge wires in the terminal box.

OP,
These should echo waross's descriptions. Google 3 phase peckerhead (sorry if this term sounds worse than what it is but its typical trade speak in the US for a motor terminal box)

I have the following opinion.
1. Mr Heavisible has taken the trouble to show some examples. Note: these are NOT typical. They varies from OEM to OEM and with the same OEM. I do NOT locate any Standard/Code/Recommendation/Guide ... in Europe IEC or the US/Canada NEMA/IEEE, NFPA, UL.. regarding this matter. It seems that every OEM does it case-to-case to their own convenience. This could be that different arrangements for different batches of their same production, unless there is an written/contracture agreement; between the buyer and the OEM.
