I am looking to generate some details and specifications for connections of an SS316 hung lintel to an A36 steel supporting member and a double-angle shear connection. I have included the sketches of my thoughts on isolating the two materials. I was hoping to get some advice on methods others have used or some recommended materials/manufacturers or specifications for the isolating washers, insulating bushing, and gaskets. Any thoughts and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hung Lintel detail is OK.
Regarding CONNECTION FOR SS LINTEL detail , Connection at web of SS316 W SECTION to NEW A36 CLIP ANGLES with SS bolts needs also be insulated. ( It is not clear )

Hoping that , SS316 W SECTION is not welded EMBEDDED PLATE A36.

HTURKAK,

The bolts for the clip angle would be insulated in the same manner with an insulating washer and insulating bushing. The leg of the angle to the web would be insulated with a gasket.

Thanks

Also, the SS316 W section, will not be welded to the A36 plate.

Thanks.
